Is there? Can't say I'd particularly noticed

Me neither. Saying "hate" as well is ridiculous. It's a TV programme ffs!

it was her first waltz, and you voted for her as the worst of week 2

I said she'll go soon, I don't rate her highly.

What on earth is the problem with that?

The sooner she goes the better, if it will finally bring an end to the tedious repetition that you persist in shoehorning into every inch of the board.

I hope she doesn't read this forum - I would be terrified if I was her!

So what are you worried about then? There's no hatred on here towards her as far as I can see. But liking her dances is not compulsory you know.

you don't have to like her dancing, if you don't want to.

i'm just saying, she has got some potential, and that was her first waltz, okay the heel lead wasn't there, but that didn't ruin the dance for me, because i liked her character and that pirouette in the beginning.

now wish her luck for the Rumba, good dance for her to work on her technical skills ( which song, maybe the ed sheeran I see Fire or Love me like you do)

i'm not gonna worry from now on, and if you want to write something positive about her, than use this thread

I'll be surprised if she goes soon. In my opinion, she showed a lot of potential in her first two dances. If Giovanni can sort out her technical errors, there is no reason why she should not progress.

I haven't seen any hatred posted about her. In fact I have hardly seen any posts about her at all during the time you were taking a little holiday from DS. The boards were active over the weekend and the participants most under discussion seemed to have been Ola and Ewan, Jay, Peter, Daniel, Jamilia (a bit since yesterday), Brendan and Kirsty. Most of the others went virtually unnoticed. I saw nothing posted about Georgina for good or for ill as yet.

If you are seeing negative posts why don't you address those posts in those threads, ideally with thoughtful, l well structured discussion points, rather than start a random thread?

alright, you've explained it to me, but what do you think about Georgia, your honest opinion?

to me she shows lots of potential

I know I shouldn't encourage you by responding to your thread but really if you want to say something nice about Georgia, please use the appreciation thread. If someone wants to be a tiny bit critical of her dancing then they can use whichever other thread they like.

maybe you should say something nice on her appreciaton thread.

i'm also critical on her, but not as much. the only thing was the heel leads, but she must take it constructive criticism from the judges and work on it. ( which she will)

Of course you can. What a funny question. But trying to insist that everyone else does too is likely to have the opposite effect. Georgina hasn't really hit my radar in her own right yet. She is out there in the pack not standing out for good reasons or bad reasons. At present I would be quite neutral, except your constant flag waving is ever so slightly turning me off her.

i feel gutted, that it's my fault you are turning off her.

i'll stop flag waving

For me, Georgia is one of the invisible in the middle ones at present.

She's not setting the top of the leaderboard alight - Peter/Jay/Helen are all stronger than her at the minute. She'll have to sort out her technique if she wants to impress Len in particular (no heel leads in a Waltz is a pretty basic error, but that's Giovanni's fault as he should have taught her the basics...).

She's also in no danger of being at the bottom - Jeremy/Carol/Anthony/Jamelia/Kirsty are all weaker than her.

She's nice enough and as her confidence and ability grows she should be around for a while yet and may even get to the final - she's about level with Katie and Anita in that respect at the moment and it will depend on whether or not she can progress (and how good a teacher Giovanni is - at the moment I think Gleb is doing a slightly better job to be honest).

Nicky love. Why on earth should Tinsel girl be expected to post something positive about her? You can't insist that other posters support your favourite. Sorry but that's not how it works in life or on here.
