O2 Refresh
Hi could someone please explain to me how this O2 Refresh works please. I got the new iPhone 6S last week, the Airtime on it is £29 a month and the device is £20. As I understand it once I have paid of what I owe for the device then the phone is mine, but am I in a contract for the Airtime afterwards? I plan to pay off what I owe for the device at the end of the month so I just have the Airtime to pay each month. So once I have paid the device off this month am I still in a 24 month contract for the Airtime? At the moment it's £29 for the Airtime which is ok for now but could I downgrade the Airtime so the bill is smaller before the 24 months are up?

Once you've paid off the device part of the plan you can leave any time. You do however have to give 30 days notice to cancel the airtime plan, so at most you'll have a month of that to pay.
