Panasonic apps screen
Hi all,
On my Pana smart tv apps screen, it has BBC Iplayer pre installed. Does anyone know how to download other catch up apps onto this scree? I would like to download ITV player, All4 and Demand 5. Ive checked the manual and the eHelp all to no avail. Thx Pete |

Yeah you can't anything other than what's in the "store". I occasionally use the YouTube app and have used netflix and iplayer on acouple of occasions but other than that I find the smart feature somewhat worthless with very few worthwhile apps

With 'SMART' TV's you get the apps the manufacturer provides, you can't download new ones - any extras the manufacturer decides to add should automatically be downloaded - if they choose to add any!.
ITV Player is EXTREMELY unlikely, as they signed an exclusive deal with Samsung. The apps available are created by third parties and may be subscription based too. |

Yes, YouView was supposed to cure all these problems, but unfortunately it was 'still born'
![]() Freeview Play, just launched on Saturday is the service that YouView should have been & is available on Firefox based Panasonic based TV's now and will be shortly available on the new PVRs they are launching as we speak. Also Humax have Freeview Play boxes out now I believe too. |
