a low sugar dessert?

Any suggestions on a low sugar dessert, for 1?

Apart from a piece of fruit. Trying to give up on yoghurts as most have high sugar.
Even plain yoghurt has sugar in =/

I cook for a relative with hypoglycaemia sometimes and usually do something with berries and/or the lindt 90% dark chocolate.

My father-in-law is diabetic and my mother-in-law often does the berry/dark chocolate thing too.

OP, a really quick and easy dessert for one would be a handful of frozen berries with some melted dark chocolate poured over.

It's even nicer with white chocolate, but of course that has a ton of sugar!

unsweetened natural yoghurt does not have "sugar" in it in those terms, other than lactose from the milk. it's certainly "low sugar"

You can't avoid sugars completely. natural yoghurt with some fresh fruit is perfectly acceptable.

if you want nearly no sugar, try something like ryvitas with a little cheese.

but you can't eat unlimited amounts of carbohydrate, because the starches are changed to sugar anyway. That's why carbs aren't low calorie.

How about chou pastry? You could fill it with whipped cream or the diabetic ice cream mentioned above. Then you could freeze it, and have ready to eat portions.
Serve with melted low sugar chocolate as mentioned above, or some crushed berries.

It looks and feels very desserty without the high sugar content of many desserts.
