And I think that Seser was evicted by the biggest margin ever at the time - and may still be ?

Decided to watch some of that episode back, and how much of a tit was Arron? He was riling me up more than Conor and that takes something. The next day Adam threw fish guts over him and of course that glorious eviction followed.

Vanessa BB6 and Adele BB3 were very intense and dramatic.

I'm trying to cast my mind back to the first evictee to get booed. I think it may be Adele in Bb3? The crowd has booed everyone ever since!!

It happened with the very 1st BB when Mel Hill was evicted..........
Quote:
“It was the first time flirtatious Melanie had been up for eviction, and just 7 days before the finale she so desperately wanted to reach came around, she was chosen to leave. A teary, yet vibrant Mel left the Big Brother house live on Channel 4 to cheers from her family and from Davina, as well as the now frantic British press. The cheers didn't last, a moody crowed booed her all the way to the studio and she was clearly upset, but refused to let it ruin her time in the limelight and posed for the press confidently. In a frank interview with Davina, Melanie revealed how she really felt about Claire, and how exactly she intends to follow up on the romances she had with Tom and Andrew.”

Maxwell vs Science was tv gold.

BB6 Vanessa's eviction was horrible.

Nicole BB9 with her 94% of the vote.

Sezer.

He didn't expect to go, his cronies didn't expect him to go, the public desperately wanting him to go, Lea didn't expect to stay and the the house was just in a state of disbelief, Imogen realised she'd backed the wrong horse and wandered around with a face like a suicidal haddock, it's was brilliant!!.

I actually think the latest C5 years have had less booing than C4. In BB5-BB11 nearly every one bar the winner was booed (even Rachel BB9 was booed a little), but in later CBB/BBs, it hasn't been that bad. For example, last 4 CBBs... CBB13 had all finalists cheered, with only Luisa mixed. CBB14 had almost all of the finalists cheered bar James. CBB15 had all finalists cheered bar Hopkins. CBB16 had all finalists cheered bar Clovie and a little bit Austin. BB16 had 4 of the 6 finalists cheered (Jack and Danny got a few boos). We have even gotten evictions before the final where people have been cheered. Between BB5-BB11 it was extremely rare, now it's a little less rare.

As for the % records...

Sezer with 91.6% with three up, then was beaten two years later when Nicole got 94.04% with three up.

Even though I disliked Becky after, I think the crowds reaction when her name was called 2nd, leaving Conor and Arron in the B2 was one of the best the crowd has ever reacted. They sounded so ecstatic. Would have been electric being there.

To get more than 90% in a 3 way eviction would take some doing, you would have thought... but those two managed it !

I too disliked Becky but I agree totally I was pleased she beat those two.

But considering that Deana remains my all time favourite housemate it was a magic bit of TV for me.

The worst of that concerning Rachel was how she was treated by Davina and the other housemates when she won - shocking and a disgrace to BB.

For me the most memorable will always be the Adele vs Jade (vs Jonny vs Kate) eviction. Absolutely everyone seemed to be talking about that eviction, I've never seen the hype for any eviction show come close. (And I was far to young to know about the bookies/polls etc at the time, so I genuinely had no idea what was going to happen)

Agree. In Italian BB this week there may be close to a record to be broken (well in Italy anyway), it's a 2 way and two girls are up, two who are involved in a love triangle. One girl whose favourite and another who is disliked. Polls online right now determine around a 86% eviction landslide (that's the general % on polls online), but will see! Will take some doing to beat the 95% (I think) as the highest % ever across the world (but it was a 2 way I think), so surely being a 3 way for Nicole, that would be a record in it's own right. 94% 3 way is much more the 94% two way.

But it'd be brilliant for Italian BB to create a 90% eviction vote, it's happened only once.

I agree with this. Also, booing the housemates when they entered only started during BB7 and I put that down to the producers showing the housemates VTs rather than just showing them being interviewed. A lot of the people in BB6 who got cheered going in (Lesley, Craig, Sam, etc) would have been booed if they had edited them BB7 style.

No mention of Marco being evicted and cleaning his mum off her feet when running towards her?

Both of Marc's evictions this year were memorable.

The first (fake) one just for the look on his face when he realised he was still in. He looked like a very happy, and very thankful man. You could see the relief all over.

Then his second one, because I really wanted him to stay and have never been so dissapointed about an eviction - if that week was VTS he would have gone on to win the show.

Freddie's eviction was memorable too because I remember how fuming I was seeing that bitch Bea say "I knew" right after he got the boot vs Marcus thinking that the public loved her and hated Freddie when actually everyone ****ing hated her and liked Freddie
