I don't buy into the notion that Jay is faking it.

Because of how he initially presented (rabbit in the headlights) people are bowled over by how well he has performed. I'm just hoping that as well as mastering the footwork and frame required for each dance he is able to allow the dance to manifest itself in his facial expressions and for this to happen he will have to move beyond his comfort zone and give himself up to the spirit of whatever dance he is performing. If anyone can help him to achieve this it's Aliona.

It will be interesting to see how he copes if he has a bad dance. Winning Strictly is a marathon not a sprint and it's too early to pick a winner when a handful of celebs have the potential to win this year.

It was only a few days ago that you were saying she was the best, and way ahead of everyone. In fact you even created an Appreciation Thread for her!

Are you confused, or just craving attention?

I swear it's some sort of peculiar (and tedious) social media experiment and we are all unwitting participants.

That, or your final sentence nails it

Bringing back Aliona's famous New York routine, makes me wonder if they're going to have a contemporary themed freestyle.
