Joseph is now completely unbackable with bookmakers with Richard now joint second favourite with Vana. The final 2 isn't set in stone yet folks! Personally I have always felt Rich is the one to watch here, and I've never seen the fuss with vana- yet!
Not at all surprised with that Scott news, we were pretty sure from the previews he left the BR prematurely

I'd say so? You'd have to think he will- after Selina's rants you'd be sure producers have been getting on to him in any case
Good riddance anyway I'd say. Liked him early on, but his BR meltdown a few weeks ago put me right off him. Blanking Sam afterwards was the icing on the cake.

Connexus: Brett (PM), Richard, Scott, Vana

Scott storms out in this episode despite being on the winning team, whilst the "You're such a manipulator!" clip makes an appearance as Selina is fired (bonus prediction - for her attitude and losing the enthusiasm she displayed earlier in the process). I imagine of Charleine and Gary, Gary will be brought back into the BR because Joseph and Charleine worked together last week and seemed to work well together (stood up for each other in BR)”
Yeah, Joseph will bring back gary and Selina, this can be seen from the episode intros
Selina to be fired- she's on last chance saloon

Connexus win and Gary is fired - Charleine crying clip is shown as she is "very close" to being fired? Or she could be fired in a Katie from last year way. Ah, Katie...”
Should be a straightforward single elimination here unlike last year. Will he put the two "weaker" candidates on separate teams, Charleine and Gary? Would he want one of Brett, Richard or Vana to miss out on interviews? It'll depend on their plans I guess. I can see Charleine and Gary being on opposite teams though and the loser packing their bags

First to go - Brett. Interviewers don't like his personality and something doesn't add up in his business plan, though Lord Sugar fires him with regret.
Next to go - Charleine, with sincere regret. Joanna firing here - her attitude sometimes gets in the way and an emotional Charleine congratulates everyone.
Last to go - Richard. Deemed too corporate by interviewers and his BP is not ambitious (a Francesca firing here)”
gary/Charleine- Brett- Vana in that order for me to go
Think Gary or Charleine will be torn apart in interviews myself! It wouldn't overly shock me to see Richard brought completely back down to earth here a la Roisin last year but I think he's the man to watch myself.
They'll probably make Brett out to be a bit of a spoofer in the interviews but LS definitely likes him, i could see him maybe even making the "final 3" so to speak

I really have no idea who wins. My instinct is saying Vana, for the following reasons -
* Female. Three of the business plan winners have been male.
* Winner's "progression" edit.
* The last time a British person won the show was Leah - the last time an English person won was Ricky.
* Joseph is definitely, definitely getting the Roisin edit - if it was a job, he would win. However, his business plan has many flaws in it.
I could be completely wrong and I hope I am. I really want a Charleine vs Richard "clash of the Titans" ending
”
I don't really think those factors will matter. This is a real investment at the end of the day, if all the women have sh1t plans he's not just going to invest for fairness purposes.
Think it'll be a Richard/Joseph final.
Anyhow long way to go yet, it'll be interesting to see what happens. I had a Roisin daniel final I think this time last year
