![]() Glad Ricky's gone, he added nothing to the interviews, think he just wanted to make the candidates scared - he didn't report very much in the BR last year if I remember rightly apart from Bianca's break down. Quite disappointed not to see Margaret though. She's not the best interviewer, but it's almost like tradition to have her - she knows what LS likes. Also would've been nice to see Nick as an interviewer. |

I'm also thinking Charleine is safe; think the crying outside the BR could be from interviews, though the other clip is from next week (I THINK that the outfits don't match)
If Versatile lose, Gary is screwed (LS likes Joseph too much) but actually think Vana could go if Connexus fall. |

I strongly suspect Joseph will be fired ignominously before the final. I'm still expecting a Richard v Charleine final, with Richard the winner. |

After looking at the You're Fired preview again it seems like Charleine walks out of the first boardroom at a certain point, this would explain both the crying scenes (the one outside of the boardroom has her seemingly heading straight back in).
So, on that basis we can't guess which team wins. Small chance still that it's her leaving the boardroom after the win of the task also, btw. Also, Lord Sugar comments in that boardroom clip are probably directed at team Charleine, as we can see team Brett actually have products to show at the pitches (the BBC preview clip). |

We do not know enough (or anything) about the business plans to say yet if the industry backgrounds of the other interviewers are significant. On the night I shall attempt to impress my friends and companions by predicting a win for whoever the first interviewer seems keenest on. (Admittedly, they are easily impressed and one is a cat.) |

Charleine's outfit is the same, so her crying clips are most likely from next week.

I'm still expecting a Richard v Charleine final, with Richard the winner. Gary's too much dead wood - there's no way he's surviving to the interviews. That leaves us at Brett, Charleine, Joseph, Richard and Vana. If we rule out Joseph, we've got Brett, Charleine, Richard and Vana. I personally can't see Brett winning it (to me it actually looks like he might be getting the Jim Eastwood edit - he's not going to own up to his mistakes). We've got Charleine, Richard and Vana left. It could be any two of those three, really. Everyone's expecting Vana to soar through to the finals, with Richard also emerging as a favourite. But I don't know. I imagine it'll be one of those two who gets the chop - Roisin was a favourite at this point and she was axed relatively quickly. |

Richard launched a book this week, an event attended by many of the fired candidates... and Gary. Make of that what you want.

Will be interesting to see if we can learn anything tomorrow as to where the remaining candidates are (as You're Fired is usually filmed then).
From what I can tell from their twitter accounts, Gary is in Amsterdam and Vana is in Barcelona (this weekend). Will be interesting to see if they tweet about their arrival back in the UK. For me, it's one of the most unpredictable series yet. Apart from Gary, a case could be made for any combination in the final. A heads up: The final five show is on at 22.35 uk time next Wednesday with the Why I fired them show at the same time the week after (after the interview show). |

Who ever of Gary and Brett end up on the losing will be the one going home on Wednesday.
I'd be amazed if it was anyone else (vana and Richard being vastly superior to Brett in recent weeks- and we all know Lord Sugar doesn't like 'Steady Eddie's so that will be Gary gone if he is on the losing side). |

I wonder if this is right or wrong. |

A lot assuming Gary or Brett will go Wed but you have to remember that this time last year LS completely discarded form on the task and just picked the final 5 on the Business Plan. I remember him asking sanjay, the Sunderland lady and Mark (in the final BR of the last task before interviews) to pretty much compare their plans with each other and for them to make a case for their progression based on the plan
If Gary/Brett have a killer plan and Vana/Joseph have a terrible one for example, Sugar is going to send home Vana/Joseph as that is how the show works nowadays It wouldn't amaze me if we had a "shock" elimination. Gary is the obvious one to go based on tasks and in the old format it would be him if his team loses, but if his plan stands out... I've a weird feeling team Charleine are going to win though |

I've a weird feeling team Charleine are going to win though I've also had a weird feeling from the beginning that Charleine's going to win but people have really started to hate her. Charleine I can see getting the Mark edit from last year ("yeah even though there's technically no more tasks left and someone's already been fired you're on your last warning" - and then winning) Would be awkward if she did win and the YF audience unanimously booed her. Which is probably what would've happened had Selina been there

Not sure but does Sugar not pick the winner a few days before the final? I think they film 2 endings of the final 2; both winning and then Sugar picks the one he wants to win a few days before the final, so I dont think the winner is known yet

They do film 2 endings, but there's nothing stopping him from picking the winner whenever he wants. As I said before, Mark's company was registered with Companies House just after the final was filmed, but Bianca's wasn't. So he had obviously chosen well in advance of the series airing that year who it was.
You can find ten thousand or more companies that are registered, but are shells or dormant, with nothing going on, so I wouldn't assume it definitely means she's won- just that she's prepared to win. |
