As for guessing first picks (assuming Scott and Selina are out at the very least):
Charleine - Vana / Gary / Joseph / Mergim?
Richard - Vana / David
Gary - David / Joseph / Elle
Vana - Charleine / Sam / Mergim / Brett
Joseph - Gary / Mergim
Struggling for Joseph and Richard, who are both not that connected with the other candidates (if Selina was there, she would be Richard's first choice). And Charleine picks would be mostly be the other final fivers. Also depends on who comes back and who makes the final.

I mostly agree with this I would make some changes though (people are ranked by choice)
Charleine - Vana, Joseph (the only two she hasn't really bickered with), Gary. Genuinely have no idea for the fourth. If I had to guess I might say Sam(?)
Gary - (making this clear now, there's no way this guy is in the final) - Brett, Joseph, David, Vana.
Joseph - Gary, Charleine, Brett, Sam(?)
Richard - Vana, Gary, Joseph (to his reluctance lol), Brett.
Vana - Charleine, Richard (ooh, the beef), Brett, Gary.
This won't be completely correct, it's just my assumption.
Not liking Linda as an interviewer already. She was really quite mean to Charleine, almost patronising ("are you gonna cry? huh?"), and it seems like she instantly took against her ("I think it's b*llsh*t"). Thing is with them though, they have to strike a balance between being tough (it's reality TV at the end of the day) and not just appearing one dimensional. That's why I think Ricky wasn't brought back. He seemed to ask questions just to make people look bad and then didn't really report anything to Lord Sugar.
The other three I like. Claude's a bit of a "character" but he seems to know his stuff. Mike's good too, he does quite a good job of taking the wind out of the sails. He does his research as well (konjac, anyone?). Claudine's quite good too. Even though she's meant to be tough, you can tell that she empathises for the candidates sometimes, if they're struggling emotionally, for example (Neil Clough, i.e).
