Yeah I realised after typing it wouldn't make sense for Charleine to ask her followers for hair styling tips given YF has a whole make up department that would probably style it for her. Welp, suddenly it's looking like it's a Vana vs Charleine final.

I wish! The ideal final would be Vana vs Charleine with the latter emerging the victor. I doubt it though - I can see Charleine making the final, but her bookies' odds make it seem very unlikely (she's last only to Gary).
So looks increasingly like a Richard v Vana final IMO
It seems so obvious to me that Richard will win that I'm surprised no one has joined the dots yet.

Granted Sugar likes arseholes (Mark winning last season), but Joseph is the definition of arsehole and a vile monstrosity to the human race. Sugar has more sense then to go into business with that thing

So it seems like the bookies were correct with their Joseph/Vana call. Really don't think Richard is in the final 2.

Pleeeeease god let Richard make the final then, I would much rather watch a Richard vs Vana final than a Joseph vs Vana final. Can't get behind Joseph at all. David summed it up nicely when he said he was a decent salesman and nothing more, that's exactly what he is.

LOL, if it does turn out to be a Charleine vs. Gary final (only shock possible) then we might write this series off now
Wouldn't surprise me one bit in this new format, though it would probably have even more viewers turn off (for next year).
And the fact that Gary retweeted someone saying that they were the finalists would also be considered a spoiler.
At this point any other option would be preferable, as that would be weakest final possible (not only in terms of this final five).

I think it's too obvious for Richard though! I imagine content-wise his plan will be sound actually. I think he'll slip up in terms of targets and his personality
I can see it being more Joseph or Vana. Joseph would have no sort of experience in composing such documents, while I can see Vana really going off on one about her product, probably pages and pages of the same thing over and over

Odds severely drifting on 2 of the contestants now (Gary was never in the running) in the last day or two, so acc to the bookies the final is almost definitely

It is tricky that you can't talk to anyone about what you've seen but it's just part of the deal of the privilege of having preview access. You don't talk about it any more than you would, say, share confidential information about the company you work for.
Is it a good episode? I think many viewers' opinions will be influenced by whether their particular favourite gets through but, yes, it is. There are definite journeys that the candidates go through. There are a few proper OMG moments. And I really like Linda Plant as an interviewer - she is harsh but I thought she asked some excellent no-nonsense questions. I happen to disagree with Sugar's choice of finalists (well, one of them, anyway) but that's 50% me as a viewer and 50% me with my business head on.
The final, however, is hilarious.

It amazes me that they are still taking bets on this given that there are several hundred people (TV reviewers such as myself plus the You're Fired audience) who know the outcome of the episode by now - I've known since Friday afternoon.
Sounds to me like a Richard vs. Charleine or Richard vs. Gary final. Based on this info we can write off both Joseph and Vana (also the comment on the betting; my advise would be to put a fiver on Charleine; she shares his twitter rages, lol).
