As we got some new intro clips this week, I thought I'd go through them.

Two of the clips (of Ruth being explosive and Elle standing by a road saying she doesn't know what to do) are from previous episodes, plus one of Selina telling pedestrians to get out of her way which is from this week's task.

There's a few that seem to be from next week's DIY task - Elle with probably Richard and David painting, David carrying a metal pole, Elle trying to get something up some stairs and Mergim saying he's messed up. All of them are wearing blue t-shirts so they're all on the same team with Elle having been moved over to Versatile and presumably being PM as she's got a construction back ground. As David, Mergim, April and Elle don't feature in any other clips it seems Versatile lose (a disqualification would still be a loss) and all of them are fired. Elle looks like she's fired before the final boardroom as there's a clip with an empty chair between Joseph and Mergim.

It seems a team of Joseph (who's PM), Selina, Charleine and Gary lose a task at some point as the first three are shown in the losers' café and also in the board room. Selina and Gary seem to be brought back as both are shown (and seem to be dressed the same as the whole team clip) sitting next to Joseph.

There's a clip of Charleine running and another of Gary and possibly Sam crossing a road carrying boxes. These two could be one clip, mostly likely from the party planner (week 8) task. Joseph is also seem putting up a giant deckchair which is probably from the same week (although Joey could be on the other team). The lack of Sam in the team of four clips suggests maybe this team lose and he's fired?

Then there's Scott, Sam and Selina setting up a stand in a street. If Sam is fired in week 8 then this must be from the week 7 discount store episode. Possibly Scott is fired in this episode as the only other clip he's seen in is in the boardroom with Selina and Brett.

The other two clips show Brett with his hands on his face in front of a banner that looks like it's from the real estate (week 9) task and one of Richard, Brett and Vana coming out of the boardroom looking relieved which must be from either that week or the final week 10 task (as it's a team of three) which they win.

Putting these together I get the following teams (* indicates fired that week)

Spoiler
Week 6: DIY
Versatile: Elle (PM)*, Richard, David*, Mergim*, Joseph, Charleine, April*
Connexus: Scott, Gary, Sam, Vana, Brett, Selina,

Week 7: Discount store
Versatile: Richard, Joseph, Charleine, Vana
Connexus: Scott*, Sam, Selina, Brett, Gary

Week 8: Party planners
Versatile: Joseph, Richard, Vana, Brett
Connexus: Charleine, Sam*, Gary, Selina

Week 9: Real estate
Versatile: Richard, Vana, Brett
Connexus: Joseph (PM), Charleine, Selina, Gary* (as he seems least likely to make interviews).

Week 10: Snack
Versatile: Richard, Vana, Brett
Connexus: Joseph, Charleine, Selina

Task 6 (Handy Man)
The "2 unprecedented moves" by LS could be:
1. he fires a PM (Elle) before the final BR, or Elle has another breakdown before/during the losers' BR and is fired in absentia; and
2. he selects a final 3 for the BR which does not include the PM.

Task 7 (Discount Store) :
Gary is the one who moves over to the other team (so none of the guesses here on Week 7 teams have been completely right).

Final Winner:
Most likely Richard.

Nice predictions, but week 9 is definitely wrong (have a look at the warehouse clips from the old intro to see why).

Oh yeah! Are we sure that clip's from the week 9 task though? It could be from the discount store task in which case Gary and Vana must be swapped from my prediction (I did originally put Gary/Vana for both of them).

Arrgggghhhh.............how did I miss this! Assuming the boardroom scene of four is from week 9, he has to move teams sometime.

The presumed final seven will do the following (assuming Lord Sugar doesn't use one of them as a jojo):

Spoiler

Stay

- Vana
- Brett
-Charleine
- Joseph

Switch
- Gary
- Richard
- Selina

Obviously, we don't know when those candidates switch teams (and if any of the fired candidates also go with them).

We do know that Richard has switched as early as week 8 (the balloon clip).

Think that both teams suffer a defeat each in week 7 and week 8. And seeing that the eliminated candidates in those weeks have recently been a PM, it seems save to assume that the losing PM's are saved in those weeks (which puts extra pressure on the losing PM in week 9).

This is also the prediction from my sister.

Think he has a good shout, but only if there is no female candidate in the final (as I think I can already guess one finalist).

Yes, you could be right, especially since someone else already said that Gary probably switches teams.

If that is the case, then Gary could go in week 9

So, if that happened in week 9 and there are no team changes in week 10 (which did happen last year, I think) then we would be left with this scenario:

Spoiler

Versatile: Richard, Vana, Brett

Connexus: Joseph, Charleine, Selina

- Versatile lose and Vana gets fired
- Connexus lose and anyone of them gets fired

Can't work out if they are misleading us with the Charleine crying clips (like last year with Mark Wright).

We will find out on Wednesday if the warehouse clips are from week 7.

He's not, Elle and Brett are in PM positions in the BR

Interesting to note that after 6 episodes a total of 7 (from 8) men have a positive win-loss ratio, with 4 of them even having 5-1! Only Brett is drawing at the moment.

In terms of the remaining women, Vana and Charleine have a draw each (3-3) while Selina is down 2-4.

Brett is the only candidate left (at this stage, after week 5) who has been brought back twice into the boardroom (remarkable, as mostly women have been in the final boardroom, in fact he is the only remaining male to have been there at all until now!). Out of interest, Natalie is the only other candidate this series who can say the same, but not survive it instead (April, Elle and Vana were all losing PM´s, so had an automatic ticket for one of their times there).

Will be interesting to see who the PM´s will be for task 7 and task 8. Until week 5 only one time a losing PM was fired and all those surviving PM´s are still in it. After week 6 only Gary still has to be a PM. So, he will probably fill in one of those four spots.

Re You're Fired

Spoiler
Is it filmed on Monday evening in London? David has been on twitter saying he's heading back to Nottinghamt his morning after a few days in London. Tweeted after a meeting yesterday afternoon that he had a "few hours to kill" in London, so he had to be somewhere yest evening!

That said it could be anything. He's been a very strong contender til now so he must do something very out of the ordinary if he's part of a 4 way firing Wed. That said he's in no future previews

It looks like April, Charleine and Mergim are the sub team so I would have thought LS would just bring these 3 back to the BR but we'll see what happens

He probably won't get fired tomorrow. Assuming the rest of them do (not talking about Charleine, obviously), then I expect a double firing in week 8 (the RT review for week 7 doesn't sound like a double firing to me).

Speaking of that review, I would guess that Gary is indeed the PM on one of the teams (there is also that intro clip with him and David/Sam crossing the street which could be from this week). Solely based on the quote used.

It seems likely that only 2 PM's get fired in the first 8 weeks of the series (and both of those are female PM's). Mind you, if any of the guys we know are gone by week 9 volunteer to be PM in week 7 or week 8 then they had it coming frankly.

A few mild teasers to watch out for tonight.

1. Key locations tonight include the Theatre Royal Stratford East, Dulwich Hamlet FC and Orhan Men’s Tailoring.

2. One candidate's DIY skills sees them (in their own words) "screwing a nail".

3. One candidate experiences a 'purple patch' - but not in a good way.

4. Having your windoiws cleaned is, apparently, a "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity".

5. One candidate hires out their entire sub-team for less than half the UK minimum wage.

6. "We are going to have to charge a bit more, if that’s okay?" No guesses for what the customer's response is!

7. One candidate gets left behind on the street.

A 4 way firing would be too much indeed, I was just put off by no sign of David in any clip after tonight's but I hadn't recognised the bolded! I'd imagine it'll be Charleine brought back as she's part of that sub team but she won't go. For David to go he'd have to do something ridiculously out of the ordinary altogether as so far he's been one of the stronger candidates.

"5. One candidate hires out their entire sub-team for less than half the UK minimum wage"

Yep this is in the BBC preview, April is going to get absolutely pillared in the BR! She has been an absolutely atrocious 'leader' this series, she should have been booted out in week 1

Ah, occupational hazard - I never watch the BBC previews.

April isn't the sub-team leader here, though - she just happens to set the pricing. But yes, she was lucky not to be booted out in week 1.

ah right, I just assumed she was from the preview I saw- she's the one that approached the shop asking to carry out work. But then again that doesn't necessarily make her sub PM.

She's done nothing of note since week 1, I'd say LS has only been dying to get a chance to fire her since

She got one of the best deals of the entire task on 10 Items (via "mates rates") but as the edit tossed that off in 5 seconds it was never really going to come to much...

True. She was worth keeping in if only for her "I have a degree in creative writing" riposte last week, although I'd have been tempted to throw her out purely on the basis of "BIzzie was lost/Until he got tossed" (or whatever the exact words were). Only I was too busy sniggering like a 10-year-old at the time.

Interesting selina seems to go much much further than anyone thinks.

Gets to the interviews and refuses to go your fired perhaps her absence will be easier to gloss over on that rather than an individual firing

Don't believe there were any new intro clips tonight (think we've already seen the BR clip with Scott, Selina (pink jacket) and A N Other - last week maybe?).

Ep 7:

Team Vana/Brett/Selina/Scott/Sam lose?
Clip of Gary and David with boxes and Charleine running about are in this ep. Charleine one of the PMs? Possibly Selina or Brett for opposing PM?

I think Scott is the PM for Connexus and gets fired. Gary is probably the other PM as he's the only one left who hasn't done it yet.

Surely the whole "throwing a wobbly" criticism Lord Sugar had was directed to Selina meaning she could be fired?

It seems to be her, unless the clip of next week we witnessed is cleverly edited to make us think it's her when it's not. She's in the tent kicking off about something and Scott seems to be telling her off a little.

Selina definitely isn't fired as she's seen with Gary, Joseph and Charleine on a team in a later episode. The only people who can be fired this episode are Scott or Sam as it seems like Connexus lose and the other 3 (Selina, Brett, Vana) are in further episodes.
