Agreed - they really suit each other and have been with each other through the hardest times. I'm glad Danny and Kellie both agreed last year that they would never want their characters to cheat on each other. On Albert Square there always seems to be couples who cheat on each other.

Love the fact that Mick has stuck by Linda and loved Linda's speech tonight.

The Carters might have been done wrong this year with repetitive scenes between Mick/Dean/Shirley/Buster(is he still in it?) but Mick and Linda are the saving grace. Love them together, and I will be so disappointed if they ever split them up.

I went from strongly disliking Linda last year, to absolutely loving her. I used to regard Ronnie as one of my favourite EE women, but now Linda occupies that spot.

She saved an otherwise crappy Babe/Elaine plot with her brilliant confrontation of Jason, telling him to sling his hook.

Always loved them, great couple. Just a shame DTC keeps giving them so much drama. Even now after all they've been through,

Kellie Bright was fabulous tonight, that was brilliant stuff, all about her regaining strength over a man, regaining confidence and helping to bury another issue stemming from the rape. Her presence is felt now, the layers the story has given the her I think was exactly why DTC did what he did. It's taken a while and have to wait til new year to get rid of Dean but in many ways his gamble has paid off, by making a previously not much liked character into a shining star of the program. Those calling for DTC's head should take this as an example, and allow the winter to play out before putting a gun to his head imo. Thanks

If either character cheats on the other I will get far too upset considering this is make believe :'(

Mick and Linda would be ruined if they tried turning them into Max and Tanya, having relationships with other people.

Look at how Kirkwood spoiled a strong marriage between Zainab and Masood. But this would be even worse, as Zainab's first husband wasn't Mas. Mick and Linda have only ever been with each other.

Kellie was great last night. Looking forward to the big Carter Wedding .

Under DTC I am co dissent that Mick and Linda will never stray. We need couples in soap who don't cheat.

I'm worried that future EPs will see differently and split them up. A Stacey and Mick affair would be incredibly predictable.

Mick and Linda are brilliant, I really hope Danny and Kellie stick about for years to come as together they are fantastic.

I love them as a couple but Mick is the kingpin in the family as far as I'm concerned. I loved him with Johnny, love him with Shirley and he's great with Nancy and Lee. I've also enjoyed him in the few scenes with other characters that he's been allowed.

I agree they will be fine under him. And if DTC put half as much effort into other couples maybe there wouldn't be as many break ups/cheating etc

I do think every soap should have one couple that doesn't involve constant affairs. Wasn't it Knots Landing where Michele Lee and Kevin Dobson refused to do an affair storyline because they felt one couple on the show should have storylines that don't involve affairs.
