My darling husband died 2 days before Christmas (it would have been his birthday on Christmas Day), but he'd had Alzheimer's for over 12 years, and was so poorly. To be honest, I lost him years ago, but I like to think that there's no Alzheimer's in Heaven, and he's fit and well now.It's been an up and down year, but I'm a glass-half-full person.

Sorry to hear that, Corrie. We lost my mum at the start of the year, so while I'm loving Strictly (especially Jay!!) it's a little bittersweet as she used to love it too.
