I think all the posters who still can't help having a dig at G4 given the slightest opportunity may as well give up.

G4 supporters are much too occupied with all the things the group are doing to take any notice of you.

From now on that includes me - I can't be bothered to post on here any more.

I went to the G4 concert on Monday 6th June at the Royal Albert Hall. As a veteren of dozens of concerts over the last 25 years ranging from The Clash to the Bee Gees, via Queen and The Who, I can honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable gigs I have ever been to. Those lads are more polished and professional than many acts that have been around for years.

What did you think of their supporting act, VWS?

G4 in concert were phenominal. Best show I've seen in a very long time.
They sound fabulous singing live on tv but to hear them live in the same building is something else again.
Their voices are amazing and the diversity of the material was brilliant.

VWS were good and came over as very likeable.

VWS were very good as a support act, and sang well with G4. Robin Gibb came on and sang a song with the lads, and I thought lead singer Jon blew him off the stage!! When they sang Barcelona with Leslie Garrett I went icy cold, it was incredibly intense and emotional.

The G4 tour is a complete sell-out. Tickets on sale on E-bay for two front row seats in Nottingham have just sold for £590. There are a few more on there also at high prices.
I went to the show in Birmingham and it was superb -they are all such good singers.

They aren't just singers they are entertainers -the evening passed so quickly and the audience gave them several standing ovations

Voices With Soul also went down very well - the audience really warmed to them.

Are you sure that's not £5.90?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and it would be very boring if we all liked the same music. There seem to be people who actually like the Crazy Frog!!!

Whether or not you like or loathe G4's music surely you can be gracious enough to admit that selling out a 1200 seat provincial theatre in 8 hours is quite an achievement for any artist. The only artist to sell quicker in the theatre's 10 year history is Daniel O'Donnell.

If the reaction of the audience to last Friday's show is anything to go by then G4's success is definitely not going off the boil. They ranged from 7 year olds to pensioners and they screamed, clapped, stamped & sang along with G4 and gave them several standing ovations. Everyone was standing during the final song, Bohemian Rhapsody, which they sang in full. At times they stopped singing, held their microphones in the air, and let the audience carry on.

They were a bit slow with the news there! It was announced on June 6th -

http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pre...ne/06/g4.shtml

There is a 'Sticky' list of G4 and also Rowettas appearances for fans at the top of the X-factor page. Don't know why any of the others don't post on there though.
