I normally buy my music via iTunes but decided to give Amazon music a try with added bonus of getting the disc which my wife could use in her car. Up to now this has been a big mistake. I play my MP3 version via numerous devices including laptops iPads and iPhones. Up to now I have purchased six CDs all withfree MP3 versions included. The problem is that each purchased MP3 suffers from drop out and distortion on playback. My last purchase was Tina Turners platinum collection and Amazon can't get that MP3 version to download to my devices.
I am a prime member and this problem coupled with deliveries that don't arrive the next day( five times up to now) leaves me feeling totally frustrated . They have now had two weeks to solve the problems re dropout/distortion and failing to download but keep on saying it is being looked into
Anybody else out there having the same problems
