Just in regards to Len, he's not usually that sharp with pulling pros up on choreography. He was quite harsh, really. Unnecessarily so.

To be fair he's a decent choregrapher too - we had two cases of photography not dancing.
Can't warm to her for reasons I just can't put my finger on. But that was a beautiful foxtrot to watch.

He's made the point before though to the same pro. Looks like a dud choice may have been made.
