problem
hi i have a bt hub 4,over the past 4 days i keep losing the signal(the hub keeps turning orange)this has happened over 10 times i phoned bt they say my broadband is fine with no fault,my phone is working fine/anyone any ideas about what is happening, i have bt infinity.

Looking at the BThelp site your hub maybe going into power save mode

Could it be an issue with the Openreach modem?
Try a filter plugged into the test socket if you remove the faceplate |

Are you sure you've called BT? They would normally advise CPE checks if the line is testing fine, in which case you'd know exactly what to do.
