She annoys me.

She has all of the seperate parts to make a nice dancer, yet she cannot put them together at all. Her feet are actually quite nice and she has potential in a lot of areas.

She needs to be less stiff and putting up a front, she also needs to stop thinking about it, just be in the dance and in the moment. It will never happen as I think her whole persona is about putting on a front, she just needs to be less her! If that makes any sense!

on ITT on Friday, basically saying she had fun (and not admitting that her dancing was kinda poor) and that was the most important thing.

It was still noticeable a couple of times tonight. Staggering about a few times means she will be out in two or three weeks time.

I think people expected more from her because she's pretty and under 40. She looks great, but I can't see her having a breakthrough moment.

Kirsty looks physically fit and she's only 39 - how can someone like that have such balance issues? She even looks like she's about to fall over when she's being propped up by Brendan.

She always seems on the brink of crying, its unsettling actually. That theme and costume was horrendous, whoever assigned it needs the boot, same for Ainsley.

I agree, but I also think of Sophie Ellis better too, in the sense that there seems to be this disproportionate idea of dancing expectation with her despite her huge nerves, lack of technique and dance performance suggesting otherwise. Like Victoria and Sophie were, attractive people and looked promising on paper, but it hasn't really developed from there... at least not yet for Kirsty (maybe she can still surprise us).

Don't people know her father Bernard, fantastic golfer, felt really sorry for her when he was ill

How is that being in denial??? She said he had fun, what did you want her to say she was thought she was crap? .Never once have a seen anything from her where I get the feeling that she thinks she's better then she is, it seems this is just people looking for something to dislike about someone really which happens a lot on this thread

Is that a joke? are the boxers and rugby players who have had awful balance over the years not enough of an example?

to be fair, boxers and rugby players have taken quite a pounding, and Kirsty hasn't. Well, not from me anyway

Brendan deserves a rubbish dancer the way he treated Sunetra last year, who was actualy quite decent.

Well said, well said!!! Some of the comments raised, particularly when judging the "likeability" of some of the contestants are quite unbelievable.

No joke, I can assure you. Kirsty looks like she's about to fall over all the time, even in hold when she's being held up. Few people have such serious balance issues.

I don't see any reason to think they have something against her but they don't favour her either.
She's not much cop as a dancer though, lower medium and not showing much potential for improvement,

She was clearly embarrassed to death in the dog make up and costume - after the results show I notice she'd removed it although Brendan was still in his. She could not wait to get it off. You could tell she hated every minute of it but the dance was okay. She's got the figure and will look good in the normal costumes - I just hope she improves.

It's probably not fair when she is truly a beginner when most of the others getting the top score all have had previous training so soon pick it up because they always have the basics of steps/balance/ etc. which the judges always bang on about.

Unless she works twice as hard she probably won't get that far. As soon as they get knocked back they soon lose their spirit.

It's Brendon that the judges don't like.
