4. There’s a lot of disrespect for Georgia and Giovanni on this forum. Well, sorry, I Iike them and I think Georgia is a smashing dancer in the making.
5. Anthony looks as though he is carrying that right arm and is probably conscious of it most of the time.

1. Jay, just wow and congrats to Aliona who produces great choreo too. She puts in so much content but still tells the story, others pros could do well to watch her. Amazing!

2. So many were overscored. Jeremy, Jamelia, Peter. I have no idea what they were watching.

3. Which brings me to Peter, so much was so incorrect yet it wasn't mentioned, the shaping, he stomped, it was comical, I was actually laughing, he was picking up his feet. It was actually quite bad, yet he scored well. Bangs and whistles, maybe the song is true in Chicago with razzle dazzle, 'how can they see with sequins in their eyes?'

4. Kellie anc Helen were both amazing for different reasons.
Kellie and Kevi were so in time, but theh also didn't overdo it on the face, a really good charleston and I was surprised I liked it with the strange theme.
Helen, very beautiful dance, nice feet and just so elegant. She captured MM's characteristics well at the beginning.

5. As I said when he was given the gift of her, Anton fails Katie. So frustrating as she has major potential, however so did Leila and Patsy, he cannot teach the latin dances well. Hopefully he has escaped this time and can hopefully miss other ones so we are not robbed her potentially beautiful ballroom. She has great legs and feet, under another teacher she would be right up there on the scores for cha cha, wasted talent tonight.

As a aside, I didn't hear them say anything about Bruce which I thought was poor form. Love him or hate him, he helped the show rise to be the beast it is today and just a few words would have been nice for him.

3. I loved Ainsley and Natalie. They are great together. He has rhythm and is very light on his feet. I hope he can improve.

5. Lovely dresses tonight especially for Claudia and Darcey, who both looked so sexy.

1. Anyone else want to punch Len's face in after his rude and arrogant 'don't disagree with me mate as I'm head judge and know it all' rant to Giovanni.
2. Anyone else want to punch Bruno's face in after his rude and deliberately loud cackle laugh after saying wee Daniel messed up a step somewhere. Luckily Daniel has great attitude.

4. JAY'S JIVE. Having watched it back about 5 times, I can tell you I am in love with this boy. Agree with Darcy saying he was sexy. Aliona always sizzling hot and showed her choreography skills, as well as what Jay is capable of.
5. Really enjoyed Anita's VW, and Georgia's rumba, so was left baffled as to why the judges criticised them a bit

1. Jay was amazing. Best jive since Jill Halfpenny?
2. Anita was vastly undermarked, absolutely loved that American smooth.
3. Daniel O'Donnell gives me the creeps.
4. Len was very nasty towards Giovanni, no need for that.
5. Claudia never fails to make me laugh.

Let's hope no one tampered with the emissions control!

1. LOVED Jay and Aliona and how much proper content she is putting in.
2. I don't think Anita is as good as she thinks she is, but could not stop laughing at Gleb's special toddler crawl move.
3. Kellie and Kevin's dance was bizarre - there was a complete disconnect between the theme and music and what they were dancing - I suppose it must have been the dart throwing monkeys who put that one together
4. Was quite awkward after Katie's dance - they were clearly all criticising Anton and I'm not sure why no one has given him help with his latin choreography as Jason Gilkison etc. seemed to be helping everyone last year whether they liked it or not.
5. Find myself liking Jeremy and Ainsley a lot more than any of the female front runners.

3. My next favourite was Jeremy it made me smile a great deal. The choreography was perfect for him
4 Helen is very very good but not sure she gets the whole strictly thing.

1. I'm disliking Anita more and more as it goes on. The look on her face when universal praise doesn't happen is very obvious.
2. Georgia is instantly forgettable, can't remember her being there.
3. Peter isn't that good.
4. Helen was slightly over marked.
5. Anton is letting Katie down, get back to the ballroom.

1 and 2, not really. As a dancer it is highly rude to disrespect your judge. You may not agree with them, it is easy as dance is subjective, so that is why scores very, however you stand and smile and take it (see Pasha and Aljax).
It is part of it and you shouldn't be rude or dismissive, even if you think they do not know what they are talking about.

3. Gleb is by far my favourite new pro hope he is back next year

1. Jay was phenomenal .. great, great, choreo from Aliona.
2. Anita hasn't got Flavia's dimples.
3. Len was out of order with Giovanni .. it wasn't so much what he said as the way he said it. So aggressive. It reminded me of that time he laid into Kimberley for no reason.
4. Anton was terrible in that cha cha but Katie didn't dance what she was given well either.
5. Jeremy makes me smile. His dancing is so endearing.

1. I could watch Jay dancing that jive all night, it was brilliant.

5. Thought Peter was great, really threw himself into the character

4 carol, aynsley, and Jeremy are great entertainment and I hope they stay in for as long as the public wants them too..they are National Treasures.
5 Anton needs to come out of the Bermuda Triangle or the far end of his colon..and come up with better choreography to do his partner justice.
6 Peter Andre needs to be shown less bias..his paso was forgettable.
7 Some of the VT footage is far too cheesie.

1. Love Hollywood week but week 3 is too early for it imo. The less capable need to have been eliminated first.
2. Anthony should have waited another year to do Strictly since his injury is so long lasting.
3. Anita was Flavia's double.
4. Anita and Gleb's homage to Ghost has finally dispensed with the Pamela and James version.
5. Both Len and Bruno were a disgrace towards Giovanni/Georgia and Daniel/Kristina respectively.

p.s. I still loved the show!

So many things to comment on - distilling it down to five will be difficult.

1) In general everybody upped their game from last week apart from Katie and Anton (dreadfully disappointing), while Anthony's one armed dancing (nursing his injured shoulder) is just getting a bit ridiculous. He should only agree to dance on SCD when fit.

2) Really surprised with Daniel and his Danny Zuko Grease role. He was really taken out of his comfort zone but really went for it (at least as far as he is currently capable of it). He seems to have woken up and is beginning to engage more in the dance and the show and express his own character.

3) I really liked Helen and Aljaz waltz but I have to say I had difficulty following Helen, because Aljaz was hynoptically good.

4) I loved Anita's and Glebs performance with the ghost theme. It wasn't perfect and there were some issues and something seemed to go wrong - but there were some beautifully choreographed moments to the routine and good connection between the two. This was my favourite dance until ...

5) Jay and Aliona. I wasn't 100% convinced about Jay from previous weeks performance. And he seemed a little nervous to begin and a few other small timing issues but he seemed to grow into the performance and as the routine got faster and faster he got better and better. I was absolutely blown away by his ability to maintain balance while doing all those turns and then those dazzling side to side leg flick - come tap movements all in beautiful synchronisation with Aliona. The amazing thing is he doesn't know how good he is.

I played it back and where I thought something seemed to go wrong - I was completely mistaken. It was just an awkward angle. In fact playing it back I think I was too picky - for me there really wasn't much to fault it and the choreography was beautiful all the way through.

Playing back Jay and Aliona's dance I think in a later episode it would have been given a 40.

3: wasn't feeling Glebs take on the American Smooth, mostly I loved it but didn't like the "crab" move.
4: Kellie and Kevin did 99% of the dance side by side, I liked it but would have liked to see them in hold.

Haha, yeah I got that. I just thought that it was rude of G to be dojng that to the judges in he first place. I do agree with you on Bruno though, he was being so mean laughing at the fact he went wrong, it was cruel lauggter. I always think Bruno can be quite horrible but be gets away with it.

1. Giovanni. I did some research: Primary hyperhidrosis causes excessive sweating without any apparent reason; and Secondary hyperhidrosis causes excessive sweating and is caused by a medical condition or medication. It's that last “m” word that concerns me... it sure is STRANGE in a trained Latin dancer of a mere 25 years of age! How did he ever cope in comps ???

2. Jay. Yes, he was a joy. But now I have proof that I only like underdogs. Though I haven't turned on Jay yet – I have on Aliona, on whose walked-on ground I used to worship – now I find her smug and offputting – and I don't like this year's lighter hair (they were right to make her dye it) – and I read she and Kristina are the two who always show up late to everything – and, she's just not my girlcrush anymore. Who's floundering? Joanne! She's the one for me now!! Was she really sick last night or did she read the nasty tweets complaining of her presence? I had been thinking she looked forlorn – well, she'll be fine and probably show up on the tour... speaking of...

2a. I have a premonition that Joanne will be partnering Jay on tour. James complained that there came a point he and Ola weren't wanted, and Aliona was put with Savage. He was quite put out about it (quelle surprise...) Anyhow, last series, Pasha made one post that sounded quite disappointed that Tristan was paired with Caroline. Pasha had intentionally left the time open in his schedule for the Strictly tour, as he's done this year, but, imo, they told him no – how could he NOT have wanted to tour with his first mirrorball winner when he plays every village of 50+ people on his own tour?

3. Peter. How can the judges NOT point out his many many issues? He looked ludicrous this week with his sonny-plays-dressup and wears-daddy's-wellies paso – just as bad last week with the knees up mother brown quickstep – I think he may be worse than Daniel Anthony Ainsley and possibly Jeremy. I do think he's better than Iwan was. Marginally.

4. Katie. It looked to me that she could have done plenty more without breaking a sweat (unlike Gio). I also love how she didn't seem to give a crap what the judges said. Way to go, girl! I'll have whatever she's having, and make it a double (and Anton went down a few pegs with his pegging the choreography issues on HER limitations. Even if it were true, man up Anton. You're the one who's bigged her up, so shut up now and take the blame without qualifying it.)

5 Anita. I thought she looked very awkward in hold but the razzmatazz covered it up. Welcome to DWTS style performances – sometimes it works (Anita), sometimes it doesn't (Peter), but it almost always covers up bad technique (or no technique or even recognizable steps.) And the judges only occasionally give a damn. And it always comes out of the blue - like Georgia's rumba. I think it's a panto type thing but once I saw the strategy used to get rid of a pro on DWTS - Len griped about his choreo to turn people off him (Dmitry Chaplin)

1) The things the celebs have to do in their VTs seem to be a bit humiliating - Peter for example.
2) Felt sorry for Katie - she is my favourite, but I'm a bit worried for her place in the competition after last night.
3) I just love Ainsley and Natalie and really enjoyed their dance - didn't expect it to get such low scores.
4) I really dislike Len. It seems like he thinks it's his show and he can be rude to Len and Bruno. It was a shame Gio felt he had to apologize - but then perhaps that was a ploy for sympathy - he's another I don't trust.
5) Should Jay really be in the show? He's just TOO good, and over-qualified.
