For me it is PhD's I wont Let You Down (vale Jim Diamond) and it takes me back to 1982 when I was a young bride-to-be.

Then it is The Boys of Summer by Don Henley and that take me back to 1985 living near the beach and expecting my first son - it was always on the car radio

A lot more recent!

But 2013 - Everything Has Changed by Taylor Swift feat Ed Sheeran.

Takes me back to sitting in my ex's car at midnight when it came on the radio, we then made it our song and fell in love pretty soon after. Terrible that it ended, but always makes me smile when I hear it again.

It's incredible how a tune can cause all those feelings to resurface, often after many years. I only have to hear mine and something chemical happens...and I am 20 again for a few minutes

Well, I'm nearly 60 so there are many songs that mean a lot to me but the earliest is Georgie Girl by the Seekers, which takes me right back to my childhood https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-GApOqzgWM

A ridiculous one - Jet by Wings.
It was a hit when I was at college and we would hit the pubs as soon as we got out.
First job - something cheap to soak up the alcohol to come. In the song, every time McCartney sang JET! we would shout CHIPS!
Once you have done that you never hear the word Jet again. Weirdly, I have now taught my granddaughter, three, it and she sings it as we are driving along.
