Yes please after his rudeness to giovanni, totally unprofessional of him and behaving like he's on borrowed time. The sooner he is gone the better, he doesn't even look that well either.

This has been Len's best series. A couple of inflated marks tonight but he finally appears to be getting better with age. Shame the same can't be said of Anton. He is the one who should be binned off.

When he gives informed, constructive critique he's great but regardless of whether Giovanni was being a touch disrespectful or not Lens tirade was out of order

There are times when I really like Len, but it feels very awkward watching him when he kicks off at one of the pros. Brings down the mood of the show

Get him off the show. All he does is shamelessly flirt with Darcey, go on about heel leads and pick fights with pros over useless crap.
Get one of the former pros to replace him. |

I was pleased Len picked up on Giovanni's rudeness. Giovanni needs to help Georgia become a better dancer. At the moment it seems Giovanni is more rapped up in himself. He needs to give the show as well as Georgia a little more respect.
The judges persistently ridicule celebs, mark inconsistently, and harp on about things that really aren't worth mentioning. Yet suddenly it's considered obscene for someone who has spent hours working on a routine and supporting an amateur through it to silently disagree with the flippant comments from the panel? |

I wouldn't mind a shake up on the panel with him and Bruno out the door, they can take Anton and Brendan with them.

Has SCD been a success all these years because of Len or despite of Len?

I'm glad Len told Giovanni off that rumba was rubbish hardly any dancing in it just a few poses, After the dance finished i was like thinking was that it. Lens comment will do them good next week Giovanni will step it up after he got called out if len didn't say anything about the lack of dancing giovanni would have done it again because he would have thought he got away with it

I've never really been a Len fan but he has definitely gotten too big for his boots of late IMO. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing the back of him.

Only if he is replaced by someone who knows as much about the technicalities of the dances and is someone with a proven track record in competition Latin & Ballroom...not another ballet dancer...nor another musical/show dancer/choreographer.

Why do a few always want to destroy a fantastic show?
First, a campaign to get Bruce to go, then another on Tess, now Len. If it's not broke.....do not fix it. And if you still think change is good, look at X Factor and its performance post changes. |

While I respect Len's knowledge and experience, I think it time he was replaced - with Iain Waite, Karen Hardy or even Darren or Lilia. |

I voted yes because I've thought for the last couple of years that he's too moody/angry, especially when he shouts at the audience, who have been encouraged to respond with boos etc. so don't deserve to be shouted at for doing so.
He doesn't do it in a panto villain style like Craig, Len actually seems quite cross and unpleasant when he has a go. That dampens my enjoyment of the show a bit. I don't actively want him to go, but I think he should either retire or be more aware of when he's (a) attacking the audience/viewers or (b) being unnecessarily nasty. It IS an entertainment show after all. |

It's probably louise rainbow who has given him that direction tonight, he's made himself look like an arsewipe after tonight.
![]() It's related to where they've got the particular pro on their storyboard. If my memory's right and he did go after Trent, they had probably already decided to start easing Trent OUT of the show, and to engineer Pixie's early ouster, for whatever their nefarious reasoning was. If I'm right, it doesn't bode well for Giovanni. HOWEVER, it could simply be a general strategy to make the show more interesting, a la Simon Cowell or Craig's deadpan insults of dances at times - "it was a cha cha disahster...." Or it could even be a good sign for Gio - as they might be trying to set him up as a new "bad boy of the ballroom" with his recalcitrance, a la Brendan or James (or Maks in the US). Wouldn't this be a more boring show if the judges always gave their polite constructive criticism and added gentle encouragement, to each and every couple, each and every time? -- I think we, as viewers, just think we'd prefer that, when in fact, it would be very dull. We want sparks to fly, sometimes. Most of us probably even enjoy getting enraged at the judges occasionally. And the producers are quite clever -- they use the tactic not only to make the show more interesting, but also to massage our opinion of certain pros or celebrities, depending on what they're planning to do with the pro or celeb. I've seen it quite a few times, now that I think about it. They telegraph their intention - if you can read the tea leaves, by the way they react and comment after each dance. It's a hell of an effective way to control the outcomes of the show every week, and who gets in the final, and who goes on tour - and how much people want to see certain couples the next week or in the final or on tour etc. ad infinitum. I imagine it's something like quantum physics (the extremely vague understanding I have of quantum physics, that is) - for every action there's a proportionate reaction, and the producers are in charge of the laboratory - and we're the guinea pigs (or maybe the pros/celebs are?) Oh hell, we all are, including the judges and the producers - it's probably the head of the BBC pulling all the strings. |

There is a very nasty streak to Len and it's time he went.
