Probably three or four weeks yet. Someone half decent will go before her.

Carol, should be out before Jeremy and Daniel let alone Jamelia who is a good dancer.
This where popularity comes into SCD. Carol is popular, I don't know why, she's a simpering idiot and I have never seen her before.
She's an idiot? You might not like her, but she's clearly a clever woman.

Love how you answered your own post there

She's a very small part of the show , but also a very nice and bright woman. So if she bugs you, you should rethink why.

I think you lack understanding pet. *pats head*
I've enjoyed reading your attempts to cause trouble today, I'm a big fan of those determined to push buttons but you need more material.

I am not trying to do anything; I'm not that organised.
I am merely a reactionary; it is others like yourself who are pushing my buttons
and,as the material was provided by your lack of self-awareness,if you don't like it,the answer lies in your own hands.

But you're still calling her an idiot (who happens to simper).

Just say you're sorry you jumped on my remark and move on, nobody cares.

I'm mildly baffled by the claims that Carol has a big fanbase. She seems to be a pleasant woman from the little I've seen of her, but she presents the weather. Do people really become "fans" of a particular weather person? Since Michael Fish and John Kettley hung up their little cloud symbols, I doubt I could name a weather presenter until now and I only recognise Carol because of Strictly. Am I missing out by not being in a climatologist clique?

At this stage it is not a big deal as no-one can really be indignant that the 2 above her on the leaderboard were in the dance off instead of her.
OK, I will get indignant
What!! Yet another middle aged Scotswoman staying in at the expense of a not so capable but slightly less bad dancer just below her in the leaderboard, it has Judy Murray written all over it.
Actually I could see the appeal of Judy, but not sure about Carol. The weather puns are not adding to her appeal imo.

I'm not going to apologise, as I didn't do anything wrong.

Relevance? Do you have a problem with middle aged Scottish women?

Just google her to see the extent of her fanbase - the Express loves her, she has twitter accounts dedicated to her and because she is a regular team member on BBC Breakfast, a demographic fanbase that watches Strictly - Bill Turnbull and Chris Hollins show that!

Even awful Susanna Reid was kept in - no doubt a little to do with the BBC Breakfast watchers!

No not at all. I was being indignant for the sake of being indignant, and suggest a pro middle aged Scottish women bias in the voting. (even though Judy and Carol have imo different appeals).

There are tons of retired generals with one finger on the repeat dial button voting for that "damn fine filly." She will leave when they run out of pills.

We will know when she has "stayed too long" when this forum fills up with threads saying so and suggesting either a) she should give in gracefully or b) those voting for her should "hang their heads in shame". Oh happy days, can't beat a good old dose of indignation.

Ah well she's had it on Bonfire night then. As we know the Scottish vote falls apart if there are fireworks to be had.
It gets funnier every time

Can someone please explain the Scotland and fireworks thing. It's obviously an 'in' thing which I missed

As far as I'm aware, it's held on the 5th of November, which is a Thursday this year. (I may be wrong though)

A poster obsessed by Scottish Lulu was most insistent that the only reason she went out was that her haters had organised a bonfire display on a green in Glasgow,

Argued it for weeks, frequently , and actually if I remember rightly for several years on the anniversary as well

It was a delusion a joy to behold, there was no arguing logic with him, he was adamant that this was why Lulu left

The fact that she forgot every step in every dance and had more pleasure dancing alone with a mop in her kitchen than Brendan who had a mutual loathing thing going on with her had nothing to do with it at all.

A bit of a head banger by the sounds of it.

Did you see what I did there?
