Rubbish Camerawork
Can someone give the camera operators or whoever is directing them a good slapping.
At the risk of sounding like Len Goodman, I want to see the leg action but that's not possible when half the time the shot is so zoomed in we only get to see the dancers from the waist up. |

The quality of the people working at the BBC has gone down through the years. The quality of the camera work is one area where that's very obvious.

Totally agree. Being able to see their feet shows us both the good and the bad performances but I guess we are just supposed to be thrilled with the 'clever' camera work and not bother our little heads about the skill of the dancing.
The other thing that is irritating is when the fancy lighting glares into the camera and completely obscures the dancers!. |

Oh, and quit spinning the camera around the dancers. It makes me feel ill.
