Fresh duck eggs are amazing, especially when baking cakes.
They're richer than hen eggs, and make beautiful omelettes or frittata, but be aware with goose eggs, they're far too oily to make omelettes.
If you have a farm locally, get them from there, they're guaranteed to be fresh, and a lot cheaper, I pay £5 for a tray of 30.
