It would certainly be a first Arthur but sadly not newsworthy.
Years ago the Editor of paper I was working for at the time had the bright idea of publishing only good news for a day ( obviously a big news story still had to be covered ) and the plan was to do this once a week.
It lasted for a very short time only because the fact is that good news does not sell newspapers.
