Wandered into twitter today, first time for a while, wished I hadn't.

Strayed (involuntarily, I stress) into a thread with Marc O'Neill in it and found people STILL* carrying on the Danny Wisker vitriol-slash-snigger campaign, & Marc's angle, sadly, seems to be to stir up the schoolgirls (male variety) doing the actual pitiful 'joking' so he can do the laughing at bit at 3rd hand. Very grown-up. I'd say he's gone down in my esteem but there wasn't a lot of leeway tbh. Some of the repeat offenders on the Danny bandwagon are a bit, well, *alarm bells* , so really not sure how wise of Marc it is to encourage them further..

Some sort of endorsement for the beautifully named insanity tanning products seems to be the current vibe & at some imminent point he's back in London I believe. Twitter out.

*oh I know people carry on BB grudges for YEARS but I was actually taken aback.. I should have known better.

'vitriol' having vicious little digs at Danny, combined with 'snigger' poking childish fun at? has been going on continually during & after the series




Marc is something to do with a new tanning range called 'Insanity' so that's why he's popped up -

Sarah and Marc trying to make out they're now in a romantic relationship by retweeting Heat's article on them and favouriting tweets congratulating them. She was only over in Dublin to help promote the launch of Insanity Tan, the brand are loving the plug they're getting in the articles. Marc's best mate who also happens to be an event and talent manager seems to arrange these appearances involving ex housemates with Marc.

Where is all this vitriol towards Danny?

This proves how bad Marc is but of course those who liked him will never see this.

What exactly proves how bad Marc is given there's no mention of Danny from him on his twitter?

Specific samples of tweets? I don't have the interest to keep a log (which is why I asked who the 'worked-up' in your post was - as it isn't me, I merely had 2 mins to waste & passed it in here idly contemplating the disappointing nature of people). However...


.. there are others happy to do it 'for' him, which was my original point... granted my assumption [that this is regular & not sporadic] is an assumption, for the reasons stated above (cba to monitor twitter) but it's a pretty solid one. Especially as certain people seem to have made it their hobby.

If you (ie Marc) still find 'Wisker is a *twit*' funny after several months, & encourage such stuff from oddballs, so be it, each to their own, blah blah - just personally feel it's rather a poor reflection. Helen Wood generates the same effect, ie there are people that make jokes (about those she has it in for) for the sole purpose of getting a pat on the head & praise, all rather lame & unedifying.

I imagine most of it goes on between themselves (Marc/Marc fans) so Danny is probably unaware; & unbothered, if he has any sense. Not a Danny fan, may as well re-state, but there are degrees of not-a-fan-ness, aren't there.

Marc and Danny dislike each other - it's hardly news really. Many housemates continue to slate housemates they dislike over social media once they've left the house, even if it's through the medium of their fans. Is it petty? Absolutely! But then, most ex-housemates can be petty in their attemps to remain relevant.

I think Danny was a more honest and gentlemanly guy and Marc perhaps couldn't stand the fact that Danny didn't like him and that Danny was more popular.

Danny's new Z-lister lifestyle has gone to his head. He tweeted the following, but a couple of hours later denies again it was him after receiving a flurry of messages saying Marc should have won.

Thought I'd browse at the BB forum for a brief spell, see if anything was going on. Read this thread, grrr you made me look at Marc's twitter!

He seems busy stripping - is there actually a placement in the USA or was that all a fib? Thought he was rushing off to work over there, yet he's still here (some might say unfortunately ).

Marc was a nobhead, very overrated on here and on BBBOTS. Chloe on the other hand was underrated on here and BBBOTS, we saw BBUK bosses were playing games and the fact we voted chloe as the winner was an up yours attitude to the producers. Chloe had warmth about her, marc was as cold as could be. Fact.
