For me, Jill's jive just edges ahead of Jay's, but I'd imagine if he redoes his during the finals - he'd be well in the lead

Two reasons why I voted for Jay's;
1. It was the kind of louche, laid-back, cool jive I like to see and you never see on Strictly. 2. He didn't dance it with Darren Bennet. |

Just as good as Scott Maslen's Jive. |

Jay. Jill's jive was overrated imo.

I loved Jill's jive. But I think Jay will get my vote. It's probably the connection to that iconic movie scene, for once a "Theme Week" was worthwhile after all.

Jay's by a mile! Jill's was great but if she were to do the exact same jive now, I don't think she'd get straight 10s.
I'm still trying to see why Bruno was the only judge to score Jay a 10, if it had been week 8 or 9, would there have been more? |

Jay all the way.
Jill was a fantastic dancer, but Jay's was better. |

![]() Scott Maslen's was fabulous and also better than Jills but not quite as good as Jays methinks. |

I'd actually love to hear their (L,D & C's) comments on this. |

I usually loathe the jive, far too perky and jazz handy for my liking but Jay's managed to be crisp but almost relaxed at the same time, none of that horrific frenetic flailing. |

Jay's, definitely.
Jill has done well to remain in the memory for so long though, given we're on series 13 now. |

Jay's jive makes Jill's look antiseptic. Jay has incredible technique so maybe it's all down to choreography (is it really Aliona's?); still, his execution is so cool and oddly enough, sexy. IMO, there are so many details that make his jive, dare I say it, incomparable --- no acrobatics but that hip roll; the turns; the free hand pump action; crisp, exact, snappy yet languid at the right moment... ad infinitum. Just incomparable.

Jill's jive is technically superior and more physically taxing while Jay's is a brilliant piece of choreography by Aliona

Jill but she danced it way back in series 2 so she obviously isn't going to win a poll taken just a few days after Jay has danced his.

I didn't vote. They're completely different in style. There doesn't have to be a best.
