...with the possible exceptions of Georgia, Kirsty, and Peter, that's actually a damn fine set of song/dance combinations! Are The Powers That Be feeling ill?!

Very unsure about a Paso to Beautiful Day. I also don't think Kirsty has the strength for a Paso. Helen doing a salsa - probably a good time for her to gt her party Latin on, after her slightly stilted cha cha. Looking forward to this one. Jamelia doing a Charleston... Potential disaster. Great track for Anita. So far, she suits the dynamic dances better, so this could be great. Please no Gleb Specials though, that thing creeped me out. |

Anita and Gleb - Hips don't lie. I hope they don't slate her for no hip movement. The poor girl is so slim.

Anita and Gleb dancing a samba to Hips Don't Lie - same as Rachel and Vincent.

Not a bad list, actually. I'm liking the look of Jamelia and Peter's songs (although perhaps not for those celebrities in particular...)

Anton must be so happy he has a Viennese Waltz to salvage him and Katie this week. Looking forwards to Jay and Aliona's quickstep.

Not really feeling My Generation for a quickstep. I much prefer something more traditional like Sing Sing Sing or Get Happy. Still, I'm sure Jay & Aliona will nail it

Don't like at all My generation. I can't see it as quickstep in all honesty.
All the others are quite good. |

I can see Beautiful Day just about working as a Paso, though possibly not with Kirsty dancing it.
But on no level is Reach a Quickstep - poor Georgia! |

LOL, they really want Kirsty out, don't they
Most bizarre Paso choice yet, perhaps.Would say that Helen and Ainsley have the best songs out of the ones I know. And Reach doesn't really suit a QS (it was used as a Jive by Russell & Flavia). |

Never thought I'd ever see a song like Blue Monday in Strictly
. Kind of dreading the Dave Archifying of it.

All the others are quite good. It doesn't have any swing, QQS phrasing, and feels heavy and down into the ground.

Carol and Pasha will Paso to Trad’s Espana Cani
I never thought I'd be so gutted to see Espana Cani used on strictly. Some good music this week! Reach is a bit slow for a QS though? More of a jive? And my generation? Really? Hopefully they'll quickstepify it somehow. |

I love Louis Armstrong's Wonderful World - makes me cry.
My Generation for a QS or Beautiful Day for a paso ...
