Is Three Home Signal working?
Just a rapid flashing green light that means it's connecting to their servers... and no amount of resets help.

Mine seems to be working. I'm not about to reset it to see if it reconnects though
![]() It's probably time for one of 3's patented large scale home signal outages. Usually happens on bank holidays though |

Mine seems to be working now, but I think it has been a bit "iffy" the last few days.

Anyone know if there's a minimum connection speed required for it to work? At the moment my "broadband" is going slower than Sluggy McSloth on the way to his execution along a glue-covered road.

If it's anything like the EE signal box or Vodafone sure signal then anything around about 1Mbps and you will have trouble.
Have you reset it? |

Yes - see post 1.
I just powercycled the Sky router and speeds are back to "normal". I might try the Home Signal again see if it connects. |

Ah well - tried a reset, still doesn't work. My phone is propped up in the window of the kitchen as it's the only place it works...

Have you tried calling the Home Signal team on their special 0800 number? I find they aren't too bad

Hi
I had issues with mine yesterday. A reset didn't help but turning it off and back on 20 minutes later did :-p Baz |

Ok - a conversation with "Frederick" (yeah, right) and a powercycle of the router, signal box and holding the reset button in for 10 seconds and it's sorted.
Maybe the 10 seconds thing is the trick, as I tried everything else already. |

Blimey! did you have to sacrifice a goat or something to get it?
Me and Mrs Wolfie changed from Android phones to Windows phones (Blu Win HD LTE, a cracking phone for the money, but that's another post). The area we stay in shows on the coverage map as outdoors only, and as the three in touch app which we used before is only available for iOS and Android, I just called them on Sat morning, explained the situation, was promised a call back in 48 hours. They called back on Mon morning, spoke to someone else, and they said no problem, we'll send one out, arrived this morning. Jobs a good'un

I've been trying to get one out of them for over a year now and with zero chance of the purple bastard making it right.
I have explained to them i live in the shadow of a hill and if i walk a few hundred meters either way of my house i get cracking 4g but it just falls on deaf ears, the map shows outdoor signal only. Our phones in the house spend more time on emergency calls only. 4 customers, 2 monthly SIM only, 1 12 month SIM only and a PAYG and they just flatly refuse to even sell me one let alone lend me one. |

I live right on the edge of alleged indoor coverage (in practice it's 2G only thanks to the way the house is built) and it took them about 10 minutes on the phone in total to send one out |

Well its arrived but given its got a terrible old crappy Ethernet cable in it that wont fit between the casing and the port i am guessing its an old used device (although so long as it works eh)
Just connected it using a new cable with some of the strain relief hacked off and i am waiting to see what happens now, couldn't get it no where near as high as i wanted it due to a really short power lead so it is on the shelf below the router. So long as the living room gets signal everyone will be happy. |

oooer missus i've suddenly got a signal all over the house, no more balancing phones on golden threads of spider silk at exactly 2.4 meters above the fish tank on a Sunday morning to get a signal.

I have a Home Signal box from about 2 years back, which also was a struggle to get. But I was talking with them recently and they said they had pretty much stopped giving them out in favour of their "WiFi" app!! Until Three totally integrate seamless WiFi call transfer, that is not a replacement for a Home Signal box.
