Thank you. It must be diet related as I have religiously stuck to all advice :
Crystal nail file
Mavala treatment
In 3 months zero improvement, if anything my nails peel more which is ridiculous
Time to try Berrocca. You may have to wait a few months to see a difference but if the crystal nail file and nail hardener hasn't worked it must be diet. Like Dianafire I also take a daily Berrocca. My nails and hair grow really fast after starting it. I wouldn't go a day without one.

If you have poor digestion, and are not producing enough stomach acid, that can cause peeling nails no matter how good your diet is.
This is the problem that I have unfortunately. I have been trying to solve it for years, with all kinds of supplements such as liquid vitamin and minerals, digestive enzymes and betaine (which is basically extra stomach acid) and all the nail products that you have mentioned including the glass nail file. But nothing has worked so far.
I used to have this problem, and a friend recommended CND Solar Oil, which you massage into your cuticles. I've seen a huge improvement in my nails since then. I don't know whether it's the oil itself, or the massaging that improves the curculation to the growing bit of the nail, but whatever it is, it works.

My guess would be you need to increase calcium in your diet, i.e. milk, cheese, check with doc first to see if you can take a calcium supplement as well, but check first before taking.
This may be hereditary of course, so no amount of different treatments will help. I have always had poor nails, my Mother also had poor nails. I have spent a lot of time trying different things over the years, my diet has always been good, but there has been no difference at all. I now accept it and have a professional manicure once a fortnight and gelish added....problem sorted, now have lovely nails all the time.
