How to jailbreak a iPod touch 5th generation
About a couple of months ago we found a iPod touch 5th generation which has been locked, unfortunately the owner has never come forward to claim I and so the police have said it's ours, so what I want to know is there a way I can wipe it and reinstall a fresh operation system on or do I need to jailbreak it if I can ? Any advice would be good

No. You can't unlock it at all.
You can't restore it unless you have the iCloud password. Jail breaking won't help either. |
