He was remarkably like Tom and Tom won with the same weaknesses and some howlers . The difference is Tom had a nail file , and Lord Sugar already has an interest in the perfume business thanks to Susan .

I don't think he was 'remarkably like Tom'. Dan didn't appear to do anything. He didn't even seem to be trying very hard. There were people who did better than Tom on the tasks, but he always tried to get stuck in, and to be honest he was considerably better than some of his competitors. Dan got his sums wrong, didn't sell one single item and in the boardroom didn't even seem to be bothered defending himself. He seemed to have given up.
