Jean-Michel Jarre - Electroncia Vol One - Collaboration Album
Out tomorrow. Collaborations with 16 artists inc:
Tangerine Dream, John Carpenter, Vince Clarke, Pete Townsend and Moby. Bound to be a bit hit and miss, but looks interesting... https://www.youtube.com/embed/sw02ZVo4ea4 |

Yeah I was reading an article about Jean-Michele Jarre in the newest issue of Mojo magazine. My younger brother had bought it when we went around to Sainsbury's.
I have heard of him and it has made me want to listen to his new album. I found it very interesting to hear his views on the state of the music industry. |

It seems an interesting and very ambitious project.
Just about all the tracks can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/user/JeanMic...ichelJarreVEVO |

Well, had this on loop for a couple of days.
A strange (in a good way) but interesting mix of styles. Liking the Vince Clarke tracks (retro feel about them), and the John Carpenter Halloween/Assault on Precinct 13 type-track. Even liking the totally bonkers Pete Townshend track. |
