With respect, I would say it was rude of James to keep stretching and swaying while Lord Sugar was talking to the candidates. Also, some people, incl myself personally would find it annoying if I was standing next to someone who kept stretching and swaying and that's probabably why Lord Sugar pointed it out and rightly so, imo.

Well, I have a bit of a tic which means that sometimes I do things like that without really thinking about it. I'd be really embarrassed if someone drew attention to it on purpose. I didn't even like James, but I didn't think he meant anything by that.
