And gets rid of some dross, though I have to say I would have liked to have seen more of Dan. Sales are such a huge part of the process you have to be good at that, its not something you can ever fly under the radar from.

I don't like it when too many go too early. Last year was ridiculous with so many being fired before we'd even had the chance to learn their names.

Definitely agree, 16s the perfect number, though i guess 18 is a fair comprimise.

Yeah I'm excited about that one - interesting task!
Evening familiar and not so familiar faces. Two in the first week does help us work out some of the names I think.
