Moto G Network Issue....
Hi,
I have a Moto G (4G) on BT,which is fine so far. I have noticed this morning that the Network status isnt showing next to the Bars (little triangle) i.e 3G,H+ or 4G. I'm sure it did even on a poor reception. Any ideas? |

Can't really test it now but I'm fairly sure my Moto G 4G shows as blank when no network is available.
What exactly are you expecting to see? It makes sense that it is blank if no network is available, either that or some kind of N/A symbol. |

Hi,
Well i've had the different symbols there in the past,i just took a call with no issues so i have a reception. Standing outside at work i always have a very good H+ signal strength,to day full signal but no H+ next to it. If all is ok then i have no need to worry about it,but why has it stopped all of a sudden? |

Think I may now what you're referring to now.
Do you have the wifi symbol showing? If this is the case then it won't display the network connection type (4G, H+, etc). It shows either one or the other and indicates the type of connection used to transmit data. You should be able to make and receive calls if the signal strength is good enough, you just may not know what connection type is being used. |

Just tried a Ookla speed test & its showing 'Network Communication Issues', so maybe no symbol as there is no data...?? this would make sense would'nt it? |
