Ruth is hilarious.

I hope she goes to the end because she is quite funny in a good way. Definitely the most memorable candidate of the series (her suits of course help a lot)

Some might find her a bit creepy but she definitely looks so fun to be with

I like Ruth, and she has had one of the best edits so far. She did a very good job of selling in Week 1 (and she was pleasant enough to give Dan tips on it, rather than trying to outshine him) and in Week 2 stepped up when the mistake with the models was made. Definitely seems to be a contender.

What is interesting though is that Romesh on You're Fired! doesn't like her, does he? When they were analysing her sales after the first episode, he observed that he felt that her good sales were merely the customers becoming so frustrated that they were trying to get rid of her. Personally I disagree with him on that because I think that banter is important when you're selling and you can get people involved in that, but I did think it intriguing that he interpreted it in that way.

I'm starting to like Ruth quite a lot. I thought I would dislike her judging on the auditions but her quirky personality is growing on me and I like her enthusiasm and style of selling. I also like how she was willing to help Dan when he was struggling.

It's encouraging to see an older candidate do well as they usually get fired very early on, I just hope her business plan is good.

I wouldn't necessarily interpret that as Romesh not liking her, I think he was just making a joke and pushing it a bit far. Shame he will be on the panel every week, some of the comedians on the show try too hard to be funny IMO

.”

Agree about this, she didn't try and throw Dan straight under the bus like so many candidates would and she stepped in no fuss to the advert when the models were unsuitable.

She seems normal without the business jargon so I like her a lot.

Well, I mean I know he meant it as a joke, but I think most jokes have at least some bearing on that person's opinion, otherwise it wouldn't be funny. There's a common expression 'It's funny because it's true' - on this occasion, I disagree.

I like Ruth. I always prefer the quirky ones who don't look like they would sell their grandmother to get on tv.

Ruth is clearly a legend.

I like her because she seems like typical the older female archetype who's not like the others who we know won't last long, but this time she seems like she can actually be pretty good too.
Perhaps she isn't the predictable 2nd/3rd week elimination we expect from this familiar type of character this time around?

She's doing well & is managing to be interesting and quirky, but still a decent contestant. She is a team player & I'll be interested to see how she gets on should she be PM. I hope I'm wrong but I suspect as an older lady she may be out of the door should she reach the boardroom.

I hope her age doesn't count against her. She should be ok if her business plan is viable. I didn't like the clip of her in the trailer but she's been excellent in the show itself.

So far, she's standing out as having some personality and intelligence. Not difficult in that group, it has to be said...

I like her. She comes accross kooky but very well and driven! Not afraid to get stuck in! Id hire her.

However i think she might be an easy target for the others

They'll target her at some point, they always do to the ones that don't fit into the bullshit box the rest of them occupy.

She's great. I hope she keeps her cool in the boardroom, and makes a decent TL. Then we can expect a final.

She's very bright, capable and experienced. Her appearance is rather kooky but she's a smart cookie.

There's no bullshit with her, that's the best thing about her, she'll say what needs to be said and do what's needed to be done.

I like her, and it's good that we can talk about her in a business sense as well as just a erm.... fashion, image sense. Initially I wondered if the dress attire was to compensate for perhaps not being able to discuss much about her in the way of skills (and that was how she planned to stand out), but she seems to have a good head on shoulders (so far) that isn't going to be overshadowed by her physical presence.
