[Mark in Essex]

Hello there,

My wife used all her credit on her Tesco SIM this month (2gb) and has a couple more weeks to go, so I thought I would get a 2nd SIM for the couple of weeks and saw Lebara were doing a SIM for £1 with £1 credit that includes 100mb of data (just enough for WhatsApp for her).

I've put it in as a 2nd SIM and it seems to see it ok, but does not come up with any data symbol above the signal strength (I have tried swapping the SIM's around and also changing which one is the DATA SIM to the correct one and making sure MOBILE DATA is enabled with no luck.

Also I have checked the credit and it says I have £1 credit with 100mb of DATA.

Also I know I have at least 3G in the area as my works phone is with Vodafone.

Should it just be a case of putting it into the phone and it will activate (I've tried ringing my phone from the SIM and it works ok).
