So it is now clear that Selina is in Dubai and worried about deportation. Can i deduce from this that Selina has been fired from the show in future episodes and not the eventual winner ( i quite like her as a contestant and think she is good). Her communication skills are top notch and so is her style.

How will this affect betting.

I don't think there is any betting on the apprentice as it is pre-filmed.

There is definitely betting on all such programmes i think. Like X factor which is also pre filmed for a while. Or that baking programme when BBC staff were accused of cashing in. This article of Selina sort of breaks tradition as it tells us what she is doing now. Shame that she is making life a bit difficult for herself in the eyes of the media

The eventual winner does not know at the moment who they are. Both runners-up are filmed being told that they have won to prevent leaks to the newspapers, and this is only confirmed to them a few days before the broadcast of their final episode.

In the meantime, they presumably go back to what they were doing before - if Selina was working in Dubai, that is presumably where she has gone back to. It does not mean that she hasn't won.
