I thought the judges were spot on, Craig and Bruno were using a full scale of marks, Lens was a bit in the safe middle on most.

Anita was, again, undermarked, but I feel she is destined for DS Sainthood status so that may be no bad thing.

Peter's posture was as crooked as his recent testimonial in court, but somehow he still managed to reach joint second.

The judges need to stop making Andre happen. He's like Jason Donovan on poppers - completely overdances everything.

Jamelia and Georgia under marked. Kellie over marked.

Peter and Katie waaaay overmarked.

As was Kirsty, very wooden.

Anita and Georgia under marked.

Jamelia and Kellie easily the best 2 tonight.

Overmarked (and VASTLY overpraised) Jeremy Vine.

The attitude of the judges (CRH exempted) towards Jeremy Vine is becoming cringemakingly embarrassing...

Probably because she isn't one of the pre-trained celebs.

At the risk of being controversial, I don't think anyone should get their knickers in a twist about the perception of being overmarked or undermarked in comparison to one or more of of the other couples.

Unless everyone was dancing the same dance, it's very hard to compare realistically and often people lose sight of that.

Yes, you might think someone has been overmarked or undermarked - but any other couple's marks are irrelevant to what each couple is awarded...because otherwise they would all be ranked in order, not just scored.

I realise this is a bit against the grain...

Undermarked: Jamelia, Anita

Overmarked: Georgia, Peter

Carol was undermarked. But the judges clearly don't like her

Even with the mistakes Jay was better than a 5! Definitely undermarked IMO.

Jamelia was overmarked I thought - big improvement but her legs looked really strange!

Oh and Peter Andre was overrated again... he can dance fairly well but none of his performances have wowed me yet and unlike Len, I think he's staying at about the same level every week. I don't think he will ever get better now.

IMO Jamelia was rightly marked but agree with overrated Peter. Yes he can dance but he is not as good as he likes to think he is.

Anita and Gleb: massively undermarked. (Again!)
Katie and Anton: slightly overmarked.

I thought Helen George was a bit of a mess tonight. She moves fast enough, but I didn't like her routine.

I thought she looked a bit unsteady/awkward and lacked rhythm. Some bad overacting as well. I like her though, so I'm glad she received good comments.

I try to be honest about the dancing; whether I like the person or not

It's Jake all over again - I thought that Week 1 when Peter had a ChaCha with great stage presence but sod all cha cha. Just like Jake in the semis last year. She doesn't teach technique well so her partners don't get better.

And personally I thought that Tango was pretty blah. Sure nice acting at the start and good staccato, but I felt they were dancing alongside each other rather than at and with each other.

Definitely. She was no better this week than she was last, imo.
