Probably had to cut for something (Bradley laughing after he said Willis, because it sounds like Willies, probably) and was then badly edited back together, if I were to guess.
The game was out of reach by that stage, so no point in fixing anything.

Even as conspiracy theories go this one is ridiculous, clearly this is just an editing issue.
There's no incentive for them to fix it anyway and the disincentives are massive but if they did then they wouldn't have done it then and in such a manner.
