The Chase is usually recorded at Elstree, but the celebrity editions are recorded at teh ITV London Studios.

Agreed - it's been too long since a team win (last Wednesday), and Shaun's won his last two games, as well as the fact that Mark and Paul have lost games between now and his last loss... so yeah, I'd say the team win is inevitable today.

You're right. I think this is the first time I have ever thought it the best idea to take the minus offer but it makes absolute sense.

Again he lost another game but it never seems to be the other chasers.

I always think Shaun gets some wrong on purpose - he took about five seconds to think how to spell banana and then gets it wrong. All of them are at it in the Celebrity versions too.

Great to see a higher prize win!

But what's up with Shaun in the final? His performance has been poor for a while.

Some people have no shame........didn't add anything in the final chase, but gets the money through the others hard work.

Doesn't sit well with me at all!!

That's because the first guy kept nervously buzzing in at lightning speed and getting half the questions wrong.

The other two advised her to go for the lower offer. On this occasion, it was exactly the right thing to do, tactically. They worked as a team, which is the idea of the game.

Good Lord Shaun didn't know there are 2 n's in the word banana. Is Shaun deliberately throwing these rounds? How on earth did he think March had the 100th day.

Shaun rattled off about seven or eight in a row at the end. But of course by then it was academic. He was so far behind he knew he had no chance.

Another poor performance from Shaun. He certainly is the weakest link when it comes to the chasers.

He was an idiot that one, his constant face pulling got on my nerves!
Taking a minus offer never sits right to me, being part of a team should mean adding to it.

Haha, was there another Fanny Schmeller/Big Cock moment?
There was something funny (not a Fanny Schmeller moment though) but I can't remember exactly. No - I meant my performance. At home I can get around 8 or 9 questions right in the cash-builder but I was pushed to get 5 on the actual show! The cash-builder is more terrifying than you'd expect! It didn't help that I misheard the first question that I was asked .... I would have got 6 otherwise!

Honestly though - if you're thinking of applying .... DO! Win or lose - its a great experience ... and you meet some lovely people.

Paul tonight, he will probably win but the team look like they may be quite good with lots of experience in their ranks

I can definitely believe that -- it's very easy to deride from the comfort of home, but I imagine it can be incredibly overwhelming in person. You're under the spotlight on the actual set you've seen a thousand times on screen, with Bradley Off The Telly rattling off questions you can't just ignore from the sofa when you don't know the answer! Not to mention the thought in the back of your head that millions will be watching you at home, and there's an entire thread on DSpy -- not to mention Twitter!

You need nerves of steel to go on a quiz show! ...I hope I haven't put anyone off

Yes that was very poor by the team with Margaret standing no chance on her own.

Just shows you looks can be deceiving, easy win for Paul.
