I assumed, that was why they selected so many clueless contestants, who are more likely to take a minus offer.

I think he was sulking because he got a maths question wrong. "Ordinal".
IMHO a team of 4 should be setting a target of at least 20 which is 16 correct answers. This team of 3 got 19 correct answers so thoroughly deserved to win.

TheChaseUSA is $5000 per question. ( this show seems to be cancelled atm though)
