Brian is good at maths but not much else by the looks of it.

Mark needs to brush up on his Shakespeare.
He also got Romeo's death wrong in recent Celebrity Chase |

Jenny lost narrowly yesterday so I'm thinking Mark will win by narrow margin today.
I'll guess at a score of 18 for the team. |

I think they'll get 17-20.

Rosie sounded EXACTLY like Errol from the BBC3 sitcom Uncle. Errol is a young boy whose voice has not yet broken.

If Brian hadn't wasted time with the misheard question they could have won.

Hard luck team. I thought they did pretty well. Just not quite well enough.

Bless him, but Brian pretty much cost them that with his "I didn't hear the end of that". Cost them valuable time and possibly an 18th step!

If I was on the Chase, I'd rather lose by a lot than a few seconds. If it was *that close* it'd be all the more gutting.

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your comments. That was the episode I was on! Brian was an absolute sweetheart - and although he only got 2 in his cash-builder - I know from our practice and from talking to him (and the others) that he WAS definitely better than the 2! So when you hear people saying 'we know you're better than that' ... 8 times out of 10 it will be true.
We let ourselves down in the final chase though - as we were just being too polite with each other - instead of butting in with a few passes and getting more questions - we were waiting in case someone else was maybe 110% sure on an answer, when oneself may be only 105% sure! We did have a great day out though and at least we were beaten by one of the two best chasers! You know what though - I haven't even watched it yet - I can't bear to look at myself! |

Hi Sheila! Are you the one whose son is living in a tent?
If so, you came across really well.

That's me! Could you tell I was bricking it? Seriously I was a nervous wreck - I honestly didn't think I'd be like that - I thought I'd be all bright and bouncy and cheerful - but at one point I just wanted Mark to catch me so I could go backstage and have a cup of tea!
Very nice team today.

One thing I've always wondered is how many 'takes' they have to do to get each of the team's intros at the start? |

I thought you looked pretty calm and thought it was a very likeable team who ended up being very unlucky. Just a pity that Brian misheard that question which I said earlier could have been the difference between winning and losing. Having said that it's unfair to pick out one mistake and he did answer some others and helped with the pushbacks.

Unlucky on not beating Mark, but at least you got on the show and had a great time ![]() Was Mark the chaser you wanted to play all along or would you have liked to have played one of the others |

Pete went through effortlessly.
Even if the girls both go minus they will still be playing for a big sum in Final Chase. |
