It's the comedy show Burnistoun that was on about 4 years ago. Think it was on BBC2, I hadn't actually seen that clip as I only watched a few episodes.

Why did you stop? Did the standard drop?

Some of it was hit or miss but it was more about the time it was on, clashing with other things I wanted to watch.

Might get the box set at some point (3 series of 6 episodes in each).
