Gill is sticking up for Peter saying that he is partly deaf and didn't hear the questions properly.

Are you listening Lizzie?

Confusing one there. Lois and Clark wasn't called that in the UK. It was The New Adventures of Superman.

What an infuriating episode that was - I wanted to strangle them all by the end of it!

Well that was not confusing to me. I just thought, I only know one Lois and Clark, so it must Lois Lane and Clark Kent they're talking about and give my answer accordingly.

I notice you pop into this thread every now and again to say this sort of thing. There's a similar comment on page 1 of this thread.

"Gullible masses", does that include the people on this thread that watch the show and post regularly?

Are we all just basically naïve and ignorant as well, that we can't see what is clearly so obvious to you, that they deliberately get questions wrong to drag it out? Because that's what you seem to be implying.

I ask you now as I asked you then, if that's the case, why do the Chasers sometimes win very easily? It's not unknown for them to win with a minute to spare. Seems they forgot to get a few wrong to drag it out that day, then. Why, when the Chaser's closing in on the total with plenty of time to spare (which, according to you, they shouldn't be doing anyway, they should be dragging it out), so they know they're going to win, do we not always see them get one or two wrong, just to give the team a chance of a pushback and a wee bit of a thrill? Surely they shouldn't ever be winning with a minute to spare, if what you say is the case.

After the next show, if the Chaser won, perhaps you'll be good enough to come on here and tell the rest of us which questions it was that the Chaser deliberately got wrong in the Final Chase, as you seem so sure that's what happens.

I'm not sure how it can be 'dragging it out' when the team wins. After all 2 minutes is 2 minutes.

Amazing how many first players, use that as their excuse for not taking the higher offer. Sounds better than, "I'm not very good and a bit of a scaredy cat".

More seriously, what's happened to Brad's stripey shirts?
