Yes you're right, I got it wrong.
Why did I get it wrong?
2 out of 5 is the same ratio as 4 out of 10, or 40 out of a 100. So I took the losses as 40%, which leaves 60%.
The logic of that seemed to be quite plausible to me at the time, but I was obviously wrong.
