Yes and no.
The common rating for a battery is in Amp-hour or milliamp-hour as that's the unit of charge of a battery.
The watthour referred to here is the product of the power and the time. Milliwatthour would be a rarely used term.
I think most people would be more familiar with kilowatthour as that's the unit used by electricity suppliers when charging customers.
