Thanks for explaining that. Didn't know anything about text Santa often bit slow with that sort of thing .Don't watch that much tele. but try not to miss The Chase.

It is just "Strand" - both in real life and on the Monopoly board, although it is extremely common for people to insert a "the" in front of the name.
