That's what I was thinking. Shaun and Jenny haven't been on much at all.

Shaun should win today, just another day at the office.

Has anyone else noticed that 'Kanye West' is a right answer frequent times on The Chase? He just appeared again lol!

I missed the start of the show and the contestant introductions and have it on in the background, I glanced at the other contestants and thought, until he was introduced as being up next, that Cameron was a 60-ish woman!

His general knowledge is not too bad, he will be useful in Final Chase for the pop culture questions.

This woman is pretty poor, has she never heard of Peter Pan written by J M Barrie?

Surely everyone knows JM Barrie wrote Peter Pan?

Did she not have a childhood, or children? Or ... books?

Books? Half of them on these shows wouldn't know what a book is. Unless it's in Heat or OK magazine they have no interest.

That was pretty pathetic, David got a wee run going but not nearly enough to beat even Shaun

David buzzed in and wasted quite a few Cameron would probably know, and his long pauses were painful!

Oh yeah, she really seemed like the Heat Magazine type.

Even when she was given the answer she didn't seem to be able to connect the clue in the question about all children growing up except one with Peter Pan.

It doesn't seem random to me.

If it were truly random, the Cashbuilder totals for each of the four seats would average out the same in the long run. I doubt very much if that it the case.

I reckon in about two shows out of three, the Cashbuilder total of seat 1 + seat 2 will beat seat 3 + seat 4.

Every now and then you get somebody that only gets one or two right, or even none. I can't ever remember seeing a seat 1 player doing that. See my post above.
The most famous example of someone getting £0 on the cash builder was Keith from the Isle of Wight, and he was in seat one.

Maybe I just thought Shaun had been on multiple times because he's my least favourite

Maybe they thought he was cleverer than he was; he was a journalist and had an MBE. Plus being "old", he'd be an obvious Seat One.
